Penni
Wild is dedicated to supporting individuals as they claim
the personal satisfaction, full self-expression, ease and
passion they yearn for and deserve. A certified coach, CEO,
communications expert, wife, mother and community activist,
Penni fully understands the amount of time, energy, patience,
multitasking and sense of humor it takes to get through
the ordinary day. Drawing from her own life experiences,
business accomplishments, practical insight, holistic philosophy
and extensive coaching training and background, Penni helps
CEOs, Fortune 500 executives and others at all levels ready
to make a life change realize their full potential, lead
more effectively and live more joyful, meaningful lives.
The founder and CEO of Women's Radio Network, Penni appears
frequently on radio and television programs addressing work-life
issues and the challenges impacting businesses and their
employees. She interviews national authorities on these
topics, counting among them Marianne Williamson, Jay McGraw
and Dr. Cherie Carter Scott. Penni is often sought by business
organizations, women's groups and professional associations
to conduct workshops, lectures and one-to-one coaching on
how to achieve everlasting success in all facets of life.
Penni has worked with businesses and nonprofits to identify
and address public policy issues and expand contract opportunities
for women and minority business owners in New Jersey. In
1995, she was appointed by former New Jersey Governor Christine
Whitman to the Director of Business Program Initiatives
for New Jersey's public television station, New Jersey Network.
Penni is a member of the National Speakers Association,
Coachville Graduate School of Coaching and the International
Association of Coaches. She is the author of the forthcoming
book, Real Life Magic! A Pocket Guide to Miracles from A-Z.
A graduate of the University of Texas, Penni attended Columbia
University. Named to NJBIZ's "40 under 40," she
has created leadership programs for high school and college
students as well for working professionals. She is also
a graduate of Leadership New Jersey.
As a volunteer with the Juvenile Justice Commission, Penni
has created and delivered empowerment workshops. A former
board member of the United Way, Penni also volunteers with
an organization that supports victims of domestic violence.
