What little voice? The one that just asked that question as you’re reading this!
It’s often the voice that tells us “you can’t,” or taunts “who do you think you are,” or “watch out,” or “why bother,” and a million other little criticisms per nanosecond.
It’s the voice that’s running in the background judging, assessing, being critical about other people.
Too often, it’s your inner critic.
How do I know? I’ve had a love affair with my little voice for way more years than I care to admit.
I let it rule the roost and keep me small, preventing me from stepping into being a full contribution to other people. Until I learned how to end or cancel the power of the relationship with my inner dialogue.

I know we haven’t talked. Heck, you’ve only read a few paragraphs.

Chances are, there’s already a waiting list – because I only have a few slots for this kind of intensive, personal support.
In fact, we’ll have to interview each other first to make sure we’re a fit. No use signing up for something with someone you really don’t connect with up front!
Once that’s a “go,” we’ll schedule other times for you to get a baseline assessment of where you are physically, emotionally, spiritually and in relationships.
There’s a contract. There are two mandatory weekends of on-site intensive workshops. And once all systems are go…
